Art Ivanov is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in talent recruitment and military leadership. Currently serving as Practice Leader at Capstone Search Advisors since January 2024, Art specializes in Factory Automation and Process Control, having previously held various roles including Director of Recruiting at Miller Resource Group from October 2014 to January 2024. Art's military experience includes serving as Company Commander of the 388th Chemical Company in the US Army from May 2013 to July 2019, alongside positions as Company Executive Officer and Platoon Leader. Additionally, Art worked as a Technology Consultant at Des Plaines Office Equipment in 2013. Art holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Illinois State University.
