Tim Mischnick

Tim Mischnick is currently the director of operations at Capstone Technologies. Prior to their current position, Tim was a project manager at Ellison Technologies Automation from May 2010 to March 2014. In this role, Tim was responsible for the complete execution of automation projects from the end of the sales cycle to the final acceptance at the customer's facility. This included managing engineering, design review, purchasing, assembly, integration, installation, and customer acceptance of the system. Tim was also responsible for scheduling, budget control, change order management, and vendor management.

Before their time at Ellison Technologies Automation, Tim was a project engineer at Capstone Technologies from January 2003 to July 2010. In this role, Tim was responsible for blending problem solving engineering skills with executive business insight to deliver operational improvements for Capstone clients. The benefits of this role were numerous but one result was consistent: The elimination of non-value-add activity to create lasting value.

Tim Mischnick has a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Doane University, a Masters of Architectural Engineering from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and a B.A. from Hastings College. Tim also has certification from the Project Management Institute in Project Management Professional (PMP).
