Jade Say

Jade Say is currently a Product Specialist at Capsule. Prior to that, they were Deputy Manager at Pesto Restaurants Ltd from July 2013 to March 2016. In that role, they were responsible for a workforce of 27 employees and handled all aspects of the employment life cycle, from recruitment and selection to new starter paperwork, employee development, and leaver records. Jade also completed the HR performance management function, including conducting investigations and disciplinary procedures. Jade was also responsible for processing monthly payroll and administrative duties such as staff files and processing invoices. In addition, they conducted ‘Total Quality Control’ audits to ensure the restaurant adhered to legislation. Throughout their time at Pesto, the restaurant was consecutively awarded an Environmental Health Office 5 Star Food Hygiene rating.

Prior to their role at Pesto Restaurants Ltd, Jade was Assistant Manager at The Restaurant Group plc from August 2012 to July 2013. Before that, they were a Conference Host at De Vere Hotels from November 2010 to July 2012.

Jade Say studied at Home Learning College for their CIPD in Human Resources Management. Jade then went on to study at Liverpool John Moores University for their Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism and Leisure Management. After that, they completed their Associate’s Degree at Priestley College. Lastly, they attended Frodsham High School for their high school education. Jade has also received certification from Pendo.io in Pendo Essentials and from CIPD in CIPD Level 5 Award - Human Resources Management.
