Scott Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Scott started their career in 2001 at YUM Brands - Taco Bell Incorporated, where they held positions as Field Finance Manager, Senior Manager of Margin Improvement, and Market Coach. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing restaurant operations, managing profitability, and providing support to franchise and license restaurants. In 2007, they transitioned to Cracker Barrel, where they served as Manager of Operations Initiatives and Manager of Marketing Research. Here, they focused on implementing new initiatives to improve the operating system and managing the company's research plan and guest loyalty program. In 2014, they joined Captain D's as the Director of Operations & Training. In this role, they led cross-functional teams, managed project launches and operational execution, and provided regular communication to senior management.

Scott Wilson completed a Center for Continuing Education Program in Principles of Marketing Research at The University of Georgia from 2012 to 2013. Scott also participated in an Executive Education Program in Leadership Essentials at Belmont University in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management from Tusculum University from 1990 to 1992, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Psychology from Tusculum University from 1986 to 1990. In 2013, they obtained a Professional Researcher Certification from the Marketing Research Association.
