Sean MacMillan

Sean MacMillan has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Sean currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources at Captain D's, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Regional Human Resources Manager at Dollar Tree Stores from February 2020 to April 2022. Sean also served as the Human Resources Director at Wholesale Inc./RumbleOn from December 2018 to January 2020. Before that, they held the role of District Human Resources Manager at Bed Bath & Beyond from March 2012 to December 2018. Sean's career in HR began as a General Manager at Cost Plus World Market from January 2008 to March 2012. Sean initially started their professional journey at HomeGoods Stores, where they worked as a Manager from September 2005 to January 2008.

Sean MacMillan has a Masters of Jurisprudence degree in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane University Law School. Sean also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management/Human Relations from Trevecca Nazarene University. In addition to their degrees, Sean has obtained certifications such as SHRM-SCP from SHRM in January 2015 and SPHR from HRCI in June 2014.
