Pooja Patel

Pooja Patel has a strong background in program management and leadership roles. Pooja currently works at Captify® as the Global Director of Commercial Operations, where they are responsible for leading a cross-functional team and driving large-scale strategic investment and transformation projects. Prior to this, Pooja worked as the Global Director of Program Management at Captify®, where they managed a team of project and program managers and successfully implemented a Salesforce project. Before joining Captify®, Pooja established the Program Management Office (PMO) at another company, where they oversaw strategic execution and established key KPI indicators. Pooja also has experience as a Technical Program Manager and in client services roles at Amobee and Videology, Inc. Pooja's early career involved research assistant positions at Clark University, where they worked on entrepreneurship, inter-group conflict, and cooperation projects, as well as fundraising and outreach activities.

Pooja Patel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Clark University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2016. Pooja further pursued their education at Clark University, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, Pooja Patel has obtained certifications such as PSM I from Scrum.org in 2021 and DELF B1 from Centre international d'études pédagogiques (CIEP) in 2012.
