Stacey Phelps

Stacey Phelps is an experienced CART Provider and Captioner at Realtime Services since January 2020, with a background in court reporting that includes a position at Susan Frye Court Reporting. Stacey has also worked as a CART specialist at Caption First since 2017 and served as a Broadcast Captioner at VITAC from 2005 to 2018. Additionally, Stacey was an Official Court Reporter for the State of Iowa District Court between 1996 and 2001.
