Casey Erickson

Casey Erickson is currently the Director of Executive Search at Captivate Talent. Prior to this, they were with Adison Partners from October 2012 to July 2021, where they served as Senior Director, Global Executive Search.

At Adison Partners, Erickson worked with organizations focused on hiring and developing innovative talent across North America, Europe, and Asia. Casey was responsible for identifying and developing talent with the potential to become agile, innovative, and influential leaders within their organization or area of focus. Erickson took a broad view of talent, factoring in developmental experiences, leadership potential, behaviors, motivation, and cultural fit.

During their time at Adison Partners, Erickson oversaw a number of high-level executive engagements for Fortune 500 companies, including VP Corporate Communications for a beverage company, VP/GM eCommerce for a global beverage company, VP Digital Customer Experience for a global beverage company, and VP Digital for a global FMCG company. Casey also served as VP Global Insights for a Fortune 500 beverage company, VP Operations for a Tier 1 auto supplier, and VP Government Affairs for a Fortune 500 beverage company. In addition, Erickson was responsible for VP Sales for an auto manufacturer and VP Sales for a healthtech startup. Lastly, they served as Global Head of Ecommerce for a Fortune 500 food company and Head of UX/UI for a global pharmaceutical company.

Erickson’s experience also extends to regional management roles; they served as MD India for a Fortune 500 food company and MD China for a Fortune 500 food company. In addition, they have experience as Chief People Officer for a mid-sized CPG company and Chief Growth Officer for a Fortune 500 food company. Her director-level experience includes Advanced Analytics in China for a Fortune 500 beverage company, Integrations for a global food company, and Brand Marketing for a global food company.

Casey Erickson holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology/ Business Administration from Seton Hall University. Casey is certified in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance from Rutgers University. Casey has also received certification from Rice University in Foundations of Mindfulness, from the University of Michigan in Successful Negotiation, and from the International Coaching Federation as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
