Kelsey Mooney

Kelsey Mooney is a Senior Recruitment Executive at Captivate Talent. Kelsey has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management, having served in various roles over the course of their career.

Most recently, Kelsey was a Senior Recruiter at Success Academy Charter Schools, where they led recruitment and hiring for the Robertson Leadership Fellows Program. Prior to that, they served as a Talent Acquisition Partner at JDRF International, where they managed full life-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of vacancies spanning a range of functions.

Kelsey began their career as a Senior Search Associate at DRG Talent Advisory Group, where they served in a project management capacity for C-Suite level searches in the nonprofit sector. Kelsey later transitioned to the role of Associate Director at Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC.

In their current role at Captivate Talent, Kelsey is responsible for leading the recruitment function and identifying top talent for the organization. Kelsey is passionate about helping others reach their full potential and is committed to finding the best possible candidates for every role.

Kelsey Mooney has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Lehigh University, a Master's Degree in Social Work from Columbia University - Columbia School of Social Work, and a Certification from the New York State Education Department in Licensed Master Social Worker.
