Emily Sandler is a Senior Customer Success Manager at Captivate, LLC, since October 2019, where responsibilities include managing 850 commercial and residential clients across the central and east coast regions, achieving a 100% increase in clientele while maintaining service quality. Previous experience includes roles as a Customer Success Manager at Spruce Interior Design, where Emily managed multiple clients and enhanced social media presence, and as an Assistant Account Executive at The Marketing Arm, coordinating client needs across teams. Earlier in career, Emily also served as an Account Executive and interned in public relations at GO PR. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Communication/Journalism from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Arizona.
