Ronda Klaumann has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ronda started their career as a Sales Executive at Hallmark Cards, where they implemented a direct marketing and relationship management program to expand the client base. Ronda consistently exceeded sales goals and generated creative loyalty and retention programs.
After that, Ronda joined Johnson & Johnson as an Area Sales and Marketing Manager, where they managed a portfolio of 100+ accounts and developed sales and marketing strategies for revenue growth. Ronda also analyzed market research and developed monthly sales plans.
Later, they joined YRC Worldwide, Inc. as a Director of Sales and Marketing for Vertical Markets. Ronda developed strategies to increase revenue and profit by offering customized transportation solutions. Ronda successfully executed strategic sales and marketing plans, leading to the achievement of revenue goals and growth targets. Ronda also initiated and developed a new sales, marketing, and analysis team to support new vertical market segments.

Currently, Ronda works as the VP of Sales - Real Estate at Captivate, LLC. Ronda leads a sales team in the Southwest/Western United States, aiming to expand the company's media and communications platform in commercial office buildings. Captivate connects advertisers with tenants through their network of elevator and lobby displays, reaching over 12 million viewers monthly.
