In 2015, they worked as a Certified Tech Representitive at Staples. In 2016, they were a Technical Design and IT Intern at TOMENYC. In 2017, they worked as an IT Associate at Schweiger Dermatology Group and as a Consultation and Repair Agent at Geek Squad. In 2018, they worked as an IT Support Engineer - Tier 3 at Unisys. Matthew also holds several certifications, including Jamf Certified Admin and Jamf Certified Tech obtained in November and October 2022 respectively, Apple iOS Service Certification obtained in June 2017, and nine Coursera certifications obtained in April 2018.
