Michael Josephs

Michael Josephs is the current CTO at Captive Eight. Michael has previously served as Chief Information Officer (CIO) for American Advisors Group (AAG) from January 2016 to December 2021. During their time as CIO, AAG was identified as a top workplace in Orange County. Prior to their time at AAG, Josephs was the Director of Technology Delivery at E*TRADE Financial from January 2003 to December 2006.

Michael Josephs has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Philosophy from the University of Maryland.
