Vice President, Risk Control at Captive Resources

Keith Yaun has a diverse work experience in risk control and safety management. Keith currently holds the position of Vice President, Risk Control at Captive Resources, LLC. Prior to this role, they worked at Siemens as an EH&S Manager, where they were responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and managing EHS programs. Keith also worked as a Risk Control Consultant at Travelers, conducting surveys and providing safety recommendations to clients. Before that, they served as a Safety Consultant at Assurance, where they provided safety solutions to clients in different industries. In addition, Keith has experience in managing safety programs for wind farm construction projects at M. A. Mortenson Company and acted as a Safety & Risk Analyst at Sears.

Keith Yaun has a diverse education history. Keith obtained a B.A. degree in Applied Behavioral Science & Organizational Leadership from National Louis University. In 2012, they completed the OSHA 511 Course at The National Safety Education Center-Northern Illinois University. In 2010, Keith completed the OSHA 30 Hour Training. From 2017 to 2020, they received DOT Hazardous Materials Training. In 2006 and 2007, they earned a Professional Certificate in Safety Management from the Chicagoland Construction Safety Council. More recently, in 2016, they completed EPA RCRA Hazardous Waste Training at McCoy and Associates.
