Rose Frieri, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a strong background in human resources, with a focus on strategic initiatives, talent management, fiduciary oversight, and employee relations. Rose has held positions such as Chief Human Resources Officer at Captive Resources, LLC, VP of Human Resources at The Warranty Group, and Regional/HR Manager at Venture Stores. Throughout their career, Rose has demonstrated expertise in various areas including health and welfare benefits, 401(k) savings plans, HRIS implementation and oversight, and recruitment. Rose also has experience in managing payroll and HR services.
Rose Frieri, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Business Management from National Louis University. Rose also holds a certification in Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from DePaul University. Additionally, Rose has completed an Advanced Human Resources program at the Graduate School of Banking at the University of WI, Madison. Rose has further obtained a SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute.
