Shannon Snyder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and mental health services. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager and Unit Leader at Captive Resources, LLC since July 2021, Shannon previously held various positions at Travelers from June 2013 to July 2021, including Account Executive and Program Manager. Additionally, Shannon contributed to the academic field as an Associate Faculty at the University of Phoenix from August 2009 to July 2021, teaching courses in psychology while also working as an Academic Counselor and Enrollment Counselor. Shannon's early career included a role as a Therapist at Children's Home + Aid in 2009. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Iowa and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Lewis University.
