Youssef Alharoon

Youssef Alharoon has a diverse work experience in the financial sector. Youssef started their career as a Loan Officer Assistant at PNC in 2014 and worked there until 2016. After that, they joined Jadeite Group as a Financial Analyst and served in that role from 2017 to 2019. Youssef then transitioned to First Citizens Bank, where they worked as a Portfolio Strategist Specialist - Institutional Wealth from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Youssef is working at CAPTRUST as a Specialist in Investment Research, starting in 2022.

Youssef Alharoon completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Campbell University, Lundy-Fetterman School of Business. Youssef pursued a major in Trust and Wealth Management and a minor in Financial Planning during the period of 2009 to 2013. Additionally, in 2017 to 2018, they engaged in Executive Education at the UCLA Anderson School of Management, focusing on Innovation.

In terms of certifications, Youssef obtained a Behavioral Finance certification from Duke University through Coursera in February 2022. Youssef also holds a Certificate in Project Management from Alison - Free Online Learning, which was acquired in 2018. Furthermore, Youssef achieved a certification in Leading a Culture of Service Excellence from the Disney Institute in 2018.
