Lauren Gold

Lauren Gold is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in client success and admissions management. Currently serving as Vice President of Client Success at Capture Higher Ed since January 2018, Lauren has previously held roles including Director of Account Management and Senior Enrollment Advisor within the same organization. Prior to that, Lauren spent nearly a decade at Sullivan University, where significant contributions as Director of High School Programs involved recruiting and managing teams to achieve enrollment goals, alongside overseeing various admissions roles. Early career experience includes management positions at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where responsibilities encompassed store operations and customer service. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate and Organizational Communication from Western Kentucky University and a Master's degree in Management from Sullivan University.
