Edwin Gathondu

Edwin Gathondu is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent management, performance enhancement, and human resource operations. Currently serving as the HR Manager for Talent & Performance at Capwell Industries Ltd since September 2018, Edwin previously held key positions at Bidco Africa, including Lead Human Resource Operations and Lead Training and Development. Edwin's expertise extends to HR information systems, having worked as a Senior Human Resource Information Systems Officer at Techno Brain Ltd, where responsibilities included administration of HR databases and SAP systems. With foundational experience as an ICT Engineer and Technician, Edwin's educational qualifications encompass a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from the University of Nairobi, a Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Development, and various IT certifications.
