Alexis Guinard has a strong background in private equity and investment management. Currently serving as Partner at CAPZA Transition, Alexis is focused on supporting small caps in achieving their growth objectives through tailored solutions. Prior to this, Alexis held roles at Bpifrance Investissement as an Investment Director, at CDC Entreprises as an Associate, and at EY Transaction Advisory Services as a Senior Consultant. With a strong educational foundation from emlyon business school and Ecole de Provence, Alexis brings extensive experience and expertise to the field.
