April Todd

April Todd has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. April has held various roles in government agencies, healthcare organizations, and academic institutions. April'smost recent position was as the Chief Policy & Research Officer at CAQH since 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Vice President at Avalere Health | An Inovalon Company from 2014 to 2018. April also has experience in executive leadership as the Executive Director of MNsure from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, they have worked as the State Health Economist at the Minnesota Department of Health and as a Vice President at UnitedHealth Group. Throughout their career, April has demonstrated expertise in policy analysis, strategic analysis, research, and communications.

April Todd completed their Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Health Care, and Economics at Beloit College from 1995 to 1998. April then pursued their Master of Public Health (MPH) in Administration at the University of Minnesota from 1998 to 1999.
