Erin Richter Weber has a diverse and extensive work experience. Erin began their career as a Research Analyst at RTI International, where they coordinated and conducted primary data collection and analysis for a study on staffing and patient activities in psychiatric hospitals. Erin also authored reports and proposals for government agencies and foundations.

Erin then worked as a Graduate Policy Intern at the Massachusetts Medicaid Policy Institute, where they gained experience in policy development and analysis.

Erin subsequently interned as a Graduate Administrative Intern at the East Boston Neighborhood Health Center, where they gained hands-on experience in healthcare administration.

After completing their internships, Erin joined The Advisory Board Company as a Senior Analyst. Erin quickly progressed to the role of Consultant, where they leveraged their expertise in healthcare revenue cycle and hospital marketing. Erin served as Project Director for five Best Practice Studies and authored speeches and publications on strategic recommendations for healthcare.

Erin then transitioned to PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they served as a Senior Associate. In this role, they specialized in revenue cycle solutions and functionality, working on the Veteran's Health Administration contract.

Currently, Erin is at CAQH, where they have held multiple roles. Erin started as a Senior Manager and progressed to the role of Associate Director, responsible for developing and publishing operating rules in alignment with healthcare standards. Erin also evaluated regulations related to federal mandates and developed comment letters and testimonies for federal advisory committees. Erin then became the Director of CAQH CORE, where they led a team responsible for driving industry collaboration and achieving annual goals in various areas. Currently, Erin holds the position of Vice President of the Committee on Operating Rules for Information Exchange (CORE), where they lead a national, collaborative initiative to accelerate administrative interoperability and streamline healthcare for patients, providers, and health plans. Erin manages all aspects of the CORE Board of Directors and cultivates strong relationships to promote the CORE initiative across the healthcare industry.

Erin Richter Weber holds a Master of Science degree in Health Policy and Management from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
