Katie Riley, SHRM-CP

Katie Riley, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience that spans multiple companies and roles. Katie began their career as an Intern at NAMI in 2010 before joining G3 Visas & Passports, Inc. as a Customer Service Associate in 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Recruiter at Jones Networking. Katie then joined MedStar Georgetown University Hospital in 2013, where they held various positions including Human Resources Assistant, Training Specialist, and Recruiter. Katie'stime at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital lasted until 2017 when they transitioned to CAQH. At CAQH, Katie served as a Human Resources Generalist, Senior Human Resources Generalist, and most recently, as a Human Resources Manager. Katie continues to contribute their expertise in human resources at CAQH, where they have been working since 2017.

Katie Riley received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from James Madison University in the years 2006 to 2010. Katie further obtained certifications in Human Resources Management from George Mason University and achieved the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in June 2015.
