Shiva Bhardwaj has over 20 years of experience in the business and technology industry. Shiva began their career in 2000 at Capricorn Systems as a Quality Assurance Tester. In 2004, they moved to Carlson as a Quality Assurance Analyst. In 2005, they joined HD Vest Financial Services and held two roles, Sr. QA Analyst and Quality Assurance Analyst at Wellsfargo. In 2012, they moved to Avantax Wealth Management\u2120 and worked as a Sr. Business System Analyst. In 2020, they joined AimNext Corporation as a Sr Business System Analyst. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Car Capital Technologies, Inc. as a Sr Business Analyst.

Shiva Bhardwaj obtained their Master's degree in Organic Chemistry from Choudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut in 1996. Shiva then obtained a Computer Science Diploma from NIIT Institute in 1998. In 2020, they obtained a Professional Scrum Master Certified certification from Scrum.org in October and a Jodi Glickman on Pitching Yourself certification from LinkedIn in July.
