Naysa Welch has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Naysa started their career as a Sales Associate at K Mart Stores, where they held various positions and demonstrated strong organizational and people skills. Naysa also worked as a Caregiver at Adult Learning Systems for two years, where they provided care and support to mentally and physically handicapped individuals, requiring exceptional patience and diplomacy skills. Naysa then became involved in the field of paranormal research as the Vice President and Technology Manager of the Northern Michigan University Paranormal Research Team, where they demonstrated technical understanding, organizational skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. Naysa further developed their leadership skills at Menards, where they started as a Part-time Sales Associate and eventually became a Wallcoverings 2nd Assistant Manager, focusing on customer service, organization, and attention to detail. Most recently, Naysa worked at Elhart Automotive Campus as a Business Development Center Representative, involving multitasking, advanced communication skills, and a strong emphasis on verbal sales skills and follow-up procedures. Naysa is currently employed at Car City as a Business Development Representative.
