Melissa S. Grant

Melissa S. Grant is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in reproductive health care. As the Chief Operations Officer and Co-Founder of carafem since 2013, Melissa has been instrumental in establishing a non-profit organization that leverages new technologies and approaches to enhance client experiences in reproductive health and early abortion care. Prior to this role, Melissa served as Vice President at Planned Parenthood of the Heartland, where strategic planning and revenue generation were key focuses. Melissa's earlier positions included Program Director for Planned Parenthood of Greater Iowa/Nebraska, Director of Specialized Clinical Programs, Vice President of Clinical Operations, and Senior Director of Health Services, demonstrating a strong commitment to advancing healthcare delivery across multiple states. Melissa holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Iowa.
