Daman Wijaya

Daman Wijaya has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and management. Daman started their career at PT. Frisian Flag Indonesia, where they served as a Corporate Management Trainee and later as a Training Supervisor. In 2009, they joined FrieslandCampina as an HR Manager for the Commercial Branch, where they worked until 2013. During their time at FrieslandCampina, they took on various roles, including Change Manager for a Business Process Redesign Project and Program Management Office and Change Manager. From 2015 to 2018, Daman Wijaya worked as an HR Business Partner & Talent Management Manager at FrieslandCampina. Since 2018, they have been working at Haus Indonesia - PT. Inspirasi Bisnis Nusantara as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Co-Founder.
