Lee Stebbings

Lee Stebbings is an accomplished professional in the recruitment and talent management industry, currently serving as Head of MSP at Caraffi since February 2024, where the focus is on delivering exceptional non-permanent worker solutions globally. Previously, Lee held various leadership roles at RTM | The Talent Advisors from 2008 to 2024, including Director MSP, Client Services Director, and Account Director, specializing in managed service programmes and client service excellence. Earlier experience includes roles at Adecco managing large IT accounts and at Yellow Pages Group as an HR Analyst. Lee holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Operations and People Management from Nottingham University Business School, completed in 2006.
