Kathleen Stillo is a healthcare executive with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Kathleen is currently the Care Delivery Advisor at Carallel, LLC, a position they have held since December 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Clinical Innovation Officer at Carallel from December 2021 to May 2022.

Stillo began their career in healthcare as a consultant with Reuters Media in December 1998. In this role, they provided strategic advice to senior executives on how to grow their businesses. Kathleen left Reuters in June 2003 to join Bristol-Myers Squibb as the Director of Global Development & Medical Affairs. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's clinical development programs and medical affairs initiatives. Kathleen left Bristol-Myers Squibb in June 2011 to start their own company, Stillo Associates, LLC.

In July 2011, Stillo founded JunaCare, Inc., a digital health solutions company that provides innovative primary care services and health solutions for the social determinants of health which trigger high medical costs. Kathleen served as the CEO of JunaCare from September 2020 to November 2021.

Kathleen Stillo has a MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from Bowdoin College. Kathleen majored in religion at Bowdoin College.
