Terrell Holmes, MS, is an experienced executive coach and facilitator currently affiliated with The Good Org, where Terrell specializes in cultivating compassionate workplace environments through skill-building workshops and coaching for management. Additionally, Terrell serves as a leadership coach for MSx students in the Stanford LEAP 360 Program and facilitates interpersonal dynamics in Stanford's Touchy Feely course. With a focus on conflict resolution at Pollack Peacebuilding Systems and organizational consulting with Caravann Consulting, Terrell actively works on culture change initiatives and fosters strategic alignment within organizations. Terrell is also involved in academia as a lecturer in I/O Psychology at San Jose State University and an adjunct professor at the University of San Francisco School of Management. Terrell's diverse experience includes roles in mediation, project management, and organizational excellence, supported by a strong educational background that includes a Master’s degree in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco.
