David McIntyre

David McIntyre has a diverse work experience starting in 1995 as a Solicitor at the Ontario Securities Commission. David then worked at Bennett Jones LLP as an Associate and later Partner from 1996 to 2000. Following that, they joined Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP as a Partner from 2000 to 2005. From 2004 to 2010, they held roles at Vale, starting as Deputy General Counsel and then becoming the Vice President of Marketing. David then worked at Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP as the Partner & Head of Mining Group from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Norton Rose Fulbright as a Senior Partner until 2018. Following that, they worked at Ogier as a Counsel from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they are employed as a Senior Business Lawyer at Caravel Law starting from July 2020.
