Aleksandra Cepulska

Aleksandra Cepulska has over 12 years of work experience in the fields of marketing, public relations and sales. Aleksandra began their career in 2009 as a Sales Associate at K2 Recruitment Ltd. Aleksandra then worked as a Social Media & PR Internship at First Step Fashion in 2013 and as a Sales Associate at Flair Recruitment LTD in the same year. In 2014, they served as a Public Relations Executive and Customer Service Executive at Alexandalexa.com and as a PR/Marketing Assistant at Childsplay Clothing. Aleksandra also worked as a Public Relations Consultant at KARINA IK LTD in 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they were an Affiliate Marketing Manager at PINS, where they produced and executed marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, analyze campaign performance and collaborate with multiple partners. From 2017 to 2020, they were an Affiliate Marketing Manager at Mintos. Most recently, they have been a Growth Marketing Manager at Splendid Spoon since 2020, where they have driven growth through new audiences, campaigns and affiliate partners, as well as managed promotions and improved CR via building new landing pages. In 2022, they will become a Sr. Affiliate Marketing Manager at Caraway Home.

Aleksandra Cepulska has a diverse educational background. Aleksandra obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communication and Media Studies from Oxford Brookes University from 2009 to 2012. Aleksandra also received a Bachelor's degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from Università degli studi Roma TRE from 2010 to 2011. In 2012, they completed a Fashion Marketing course at Polimoda. Finally, they obtained a Master's degree in Marketing from Queen Mary University of London in 2013.
