Eileen Collins is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in various organizations, currently serving as an HR Projects Specialist at Carbery Group since May 2023. Previously, Eileen held the position of HR Manager at Spearline®, where key responsibilities included enhancing employee engagement, improving performance management systems, and supporting talent management processes.
