Eimear (Gallwey) Blackwell possesses extensive experience in business development, innovation project management, and technical specialization within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving at Carbery Group since March 2017, Eimear has held roles including Business Development and Technical Specialist as well as Innovation Project Manager. Prior to this, Eimear worked at Kinetica Sports Ltd for nearly nine years, advancing through positions such as Innovation Project Manager, Product Specialist Manager, and Marketing and Product Specialist. Eimear's career began at Carbery Group in an R&D role as a Development Technologist from November 2007 to March 2010. Eimear holds a degree from University College Cork.
