Pauline Digan

Pauline Digan has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Leader Coach at Carbery Group since February 2018, where prior roles included Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Advisor, and HR Consultant. Previous positions include Consulting L&D Manager at BioMarin International Ltd., Training & Development Lead at Novartis, and various roles at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, including Environment, Health & Safety Project Lead and Human Resources Business Partner. Pauline holds a Bachelor of Business Studies with honors in Human Resources Development from the University of Limerick and a Certificate in Health and Safety from University College Dublin.
