Lisa Lavin has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Their most recent position is as the Director of Customer Success at Carbide (formerly Securicy). Earlier in their career, Lisa worked as a Client Account Manager at EDS, where they implemented and transitioned inbound customer service to Canada.

Lisa also served as the Marketing Director at Terra Nova Fertilizer, where they were responsible for strategic market planning, trade marking, packaging and company branding, and trade show marketing.

Throughout their career, Lisa has consistently focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and improving customer retention.

Lisa Lavin received their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Pace University - Lubin School of Business in 2011.
