Racheal Reeves is an accomplished product manager and design leader with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Product Manager at Naut, Racheal focuses on developing innovative electric propulsion systems. As Product Design Lead at Carbn Group New Zealand, Racheal enhances user experiences and cultivates customer strategies. Racheal's leadership at Five New Zealand includes contributions as Chief Creative and Behavioural Strategist, where Racheal has developed new services and frameworks to improve employee experiences.
