Aurore Wicht-Riedel

Aurore Wicht-Riedel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

In 2015, they completed an internship at CHUV, Centre universitaire romand de médecine légale.

In 2016, Aurore joined Omya as a Scientist in the analytical laboratory. Aurore worked there until 2020, gaining expertise in scientific research and analysis.

During the same period, they also interned at Universitätsklinikum Freiburg, Institut für Rechtsmedizin, and conducted their Master's thesis on identification and quantitative determination of active ingredients in drugs of abuse preparations.

In 2020, Aurore transitioned to CARBOGEN AMCIS as a QC Expert. Their responsibilities included quality control and testing. Later, they took on the role of a Business Specialist LIMS, where they became a key member of the global LIMS business expert community. Aurore contributed to the design, integration, and rollout of LIMS, while also creating and reviewing GxP process and validation documentation. Aurore actively participated in training end-users and ensured efficient site integration and harmonization across different locations. Aurore worked with an Agile scrum methodology during the developmental phase of LIMS implementation.

Aurore Wicht-Riedel obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the Université de Fribourg - Universität Freiburg in 2014. Aurore then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Forensic Science, with a specialization in chemical criminalistic, at the University of Lausanne - UNIL from 2014 to 2016. In 2023, Aurore obtained a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci, which was delivered by Tiba Managementberatung GmbH.
