Damien Bray

Damien Bray is currently the Head of Engineering at CARBOGEN AMCIS since March 2023. Prior to this role, Damien served as Manufacturing Engineering Manager at HellermannTyton United Kingdom from May 2018 to March 2023, where effective use of root cause analysis, man management, and predictive maintenance led to a significant reduction in lost engineering time by 75%. Damien's earlier experience includes working as Shift Engineering Manager at McBride, where the introduction of root cause analysis and electronic breakdown reporting was implemented. From October 2010 to December 2017, Damien was a System Engineer at Nestlé, contributing to the development of new control systems, data collection systems, and helping to implement Total Productive Maintenance on high-volume production lines. Damien began the career as a Maintenance Engineer at Jordans Dorset Ryvita from July 2006 to October 2010, enhancing skills in PLC programming and continuous improvement while collaborating with production teams to improve overall equipment effectiveness and reliability.
