Head Of Corporate Quality at Carbogen Amcis

Françoise Curfs has a diverse work experience in quality management and compliance. Françoise started their career as a Quality Assurance Trainee at Novartis Consumer Health in 2002 and later became a GMP Compliance Officer at the same company from November 2002 to July 2006. Françoise then joined Debiotech in August 2006 as a Quality Manager, where they were responsible for updating the Quality Manual and managing non-conformities, complaints, CAPA, and training. In 2007, they moved to Novartis Pharma and held various roles including R&D QA GMP Compliance Manager and Quality Assurance Compliance Expert. From March 2014 to March 2015, they served as the Quality Manager Chemicals, External Supply Operations, where they managed contract manufacturers and suppliers globally to ensure compliance with GMP, quality agreements, and regulatory requirements. Françoise joined CARBOGEN AMCIS in April 2015 as the Head of Quality Unit, and they later became the Head of Corporate Quality in January 2018. In their role at CARBOGEN AMCIS, they led the QA and QC team at the Shanghai Chemical production site and implemented US/EU GMP standards, resulting in successful customer audits and GMP intermediates production.

Françoise Curfs has a diverse education history. In 1998, they attended Université d'Orléans and studied IUP de Chimie Appliquée until 2001. Following that, in 2001-2002, they enrolled in CY Cergy Paris Université for Assurance Qualité - Contrôle Qualité. In 2008, Françoise obtained a Business English Certificate Vantage, with a grade B, from the University of Cambridge. In 2009, they earned a Quality Auditor Certification from the American Society of Quality. Lastly, in 2012, Françoise completed the Novartis Quality Masters Program at Novartis Group Quality, specializing in Quality.
