Conrad Langridge serves as the Global Marketing Lead for ESG & Carbon Accounting at Sage, overseeing the marketing strategy for Sage Earth since August 2021. With a background in marketing consultancy, Conrad has contributed to notable organizations including Spherics and UK100, where efforts focused on climate change initiatives. As Chair of the Communication Working Group for Project Perseus and an Advisory Board Member for the UK Business Climate Hub, Conrad actively engages in projects aimed at enhancing environmental impact and supporting UK SMEs in achieving net-zero goals. Conrad is also a founding member of the Carbon Accounting Alliance and co-founder of Curious.Earth, a platform dedicated to accessible environmental news. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Chemistry from the University of Bath and a Business Sustainability Management certification from the University of Cambridge.

We are a group of companies who measure & report carbon emissions every day. Our alliance is a mixture of software companies, consultancies, auditors and certifying bodies who have come together to collaborate on solving challenges faced by our industry, to share best practice and promote the development of robust standards. Our priorities include: - Influencing policy & legislation: We seek alignment on policy ‘asks’ that we can collectively campaign for as an alliance. - Development of standards: We seek alignment on existing international standards and engage in discussions about what more is needed. - Technical alignment: We seek alignment on what quality assessments and disclosure should be and identify gaps. - Communications: We discuss and debate the use of claims and how we should best advise our clients to avoid greenwashing.
