Qinwen “Kelly” Fu

Qinwen “Kelly” Fu, PhD, is a skilled Reservoir Engineer at Carbon America since July 2023, previously holding the position of Reservoir Engineer Intern at the same company from May to December 2022. Academic experience includes roles as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Kansas from August 2017 to May 2022, alongside conducting independent research under Dr. Reza Barati focused on reservoir characterization and hydraulic fracture modeling. Earlier experience involved serving as an Undergraduate Research Project under Dr. Barati, and as an Undergraduate Paper Grader for various engineering and mathematics courses. Qinwen Fu earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemical and Petroleum Engineering from The University of Kansas in 2023, following a Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering with a minor in Geology from the same institution, completed in 2017.
