Jeff Moffit

Dr. Jeff Moffit is Vice President of Nonclinical Development at Carbon Biosciences. He has over 15 years of pharmaceutical and biotech industry experience as a board-certified toxicologist, having worked in all phases of drug development and on several marketed products including Skyrizi, Jardiance, Jentadueto, Givlaari, Oxlumo, and Enjaymo. He has experience across a wide range of therapeutic areas and rare diseases using small molecules, biologics, RNAi, viral and non-viral gene therapy, and cell editing modalities. Formerly, Dr. Moffit served in leadership positions at Generation Bio, Bioverativ, Alnylam, and FORUM Pharmaceuticals, starting his career as a project toxicologist at Boehringer Ingelheim. He currently holds adjunct assistant professorships at the Alpert Medical School of Brown University and the University of Rhode Island.
