Michael Ruelas

Michael Ruelas has extensive experience in quality assurance and manufacturing roles. Michael started their career in 1999 as a QA Supervisor at Jensen Precast, where they worked until 2011. At Carbon Block Technology, they held the positions of Director of Quality Assurance from 2011 to 2019 and then Vice President of Quality from 2019 to 2023. In 2023, they joined TemperPack as a QA and Safety Manager before returning to Carbon Block Technology as the Vice President of Manufacturing later that same year.

Michael Ruelas earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, completing their studies from 2005 to 2009. Later, from 2018 to 2019, they pursued a Master's Degree in Adult Education and Training at the University of Phoenix.
