With a patented modular open systems architecture, our DAC platform allows for plug-and-play upgrades, mass production, unlimited scalability, and rapid technology iterations.  

We're seeking a Facilities Manager to lead all aspects of facility coordination and management. Responsibilities include budgeting for maintenance, long-term planning, and overseeing a team of engineers and technicians. You'll ensure operational efficiency, manage maintenance scheduling and equipment servicing, and maintain compliance with energy regulations and building security. Additionally, you'll liaise with local contractors, optimize office space, and troubleshoot equipment to uphold uninterrupted production line operations.

Responsibilities

  • Review quotes and plans from local contractors for plant construction or upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot production line equipment as needed.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance (PM) on facility and production equipment.
  • Assist in developing a long-term capital plan for facility improvements and repairs.
  • Aid in the installation of production line equipment.
  • Build and manage a team of maintenance engineers and technicians.
  • Perform electrical connections as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's of Business Administration Degree.
  • 8+ years of facility and maintenance support, including project management.
  • Knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations.
  • Familiarity with general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions in facilities management.
  • Proficiency in CAD (AutoCAD) and Visio.
  • Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams.
  • Experience collaborating with electrical and mechanical contractors.
  • Expertise in reviewing quotes and facility layouts.
  • Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

Desired Background

  • Proficiency in facilitating facility setup from inception.
  • Hands-on expertise in electrical panel connectivity.
  • Comprehensive grasp of facility management systems, including controls and instrumentation.
  • Demonstrated aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience in operating overhead cranes is preferred.
