Gopi Kiran Neeliesetty is an accomplished professional in the field of decarbonization, currently serving as the Head of Plant Operations at Carbon Clean since September 2011. Gopi has played a pivotal role in the commissioning and operational phases of innovative CO2 capture technologies, including the first CycloneCC demonstration plant at ADNOC in Abu Dhabi. With extensive experience in engineering and operations, Gopi has contributed to the development of cost-effective carbon management solutions and has been instrumental in projects such as the world’s first CO2 capture plant from Blast Furnace Gas for TATA Steel in India. Gopi's prior experience includes lead process engineering roles at GE Energy and Aditya Birla Science and Technology Company, where significant advancements in carbon capture processes and energy efficiency were achieved. Gopi holds a Master of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Sri Venkateswara University.
