Tom Yelland

Tom Yelland is an experienced R&D Manager at Carbon Clean, having progressed through roles as Senior R&D Engineer and R&D Engineer since June 2020. Prior experience includes serving as an EngD Research Engineer at The University of Sheffield from October 2016 to June 2020, where technical expertise involved operating combustion test facilities and conducting corrosion tests with advanced analytical techniques. Tom also gained leadership and organizational skills as a Summer Camp Counselor at YMCA of Silicon Valley during 2014 and 2015, managing and engaging with groups of children. Tom holds an Engineering Doctorate in Carbon Capture and Storage and Cleaner Fossil Energy from The University of Sheffield and a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering with Environmental Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
