Deniz S. Garrett

Deniz Garrett, MBA, is an experienced operations management professional with a robust background in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Northwest Area Operations Manager at Carbon Health since July 2023, Deniz previously held the position of Senior Director of Operations at PetVet Care Centers from October 2020 to June 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director of Business Operations at Affordable Care and General Manager of Operations at Synergy Health Laboratory Services. Deniz's career also features significant roles in plant operations at Cintas and Golden West Packaging Group, as well as military service as a Signal Officer-Senior Operations Manager in the US Army.
