David Martin

David Martin is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in risk management and regulatory law. Currently serving as Risk Director at Creditable since August 2021, David also holds the position of Partner in Regulatory and Litigation at Carbon Law Partners, a role initiated in March 2015 that fosters innovative client engagement strategies. Previously, David was a Senior Associate Solicitor at Eversheds from September 2009 to January 2015, where expertise was developed in commercial litigation, particularly in insolvency matters.
