Kelly Cailes

Kelly Cailes has extensive work experience, starting in 1991 as a General Manager at Sisco Management Corporation and ending in 2022 as a Vice President at Carbon Re. Throughout their career, they have held various management and leadership positions in companies such as Allianz Partners, where they served as a BMW Project Manager and achieved record sales for BMW (Thailand), and CanCham Thailand, where they acted as an Executive Director and Advisor, managing the Chamber's day-to-day operations and maintaining relationships with various entities. Kelly has also worked in industries such as energy services, mechanical project management, and agri-process innovations.
